Wonderful selection of items for weddings. Staff was willing to work with us to cover cost of broken/lost items by not charging for some unused items. Rather generous of them in my opinion.

A huge thank you to Pink Event for their work at our wedding! 🌟 The team installed a magnificent starry sky that enhanced our evening. Their responsiveness was remarkable, especially when they agreed to add two Emmanuel chairs at the last minute. They were extremely discreet during installation and setup, while also giving us excellent advice during the set-up. They were very caring, helpful, and truly pleasant. We also really appreciated that they left the starry sky up for longer so we could fully enjoy it the next day during brunch, without being disturbed by the dismantling. A truly great company, with professional, friendly staff who offer excellent advice. We highly recommend them!

We used Pink Event for furniture rental for our wedding last July. We wanted furniture that matched our Provençal and rustic theme. After comparing several suppliers, Pink Event offered a wide selection of trendy items at relatively reasonable prices. More than a year before our wedding, we accepted their quote for renting our tables (round for the guests and rectangular wooden tables for the head table), the Saint-Rémy wooden chairs (gorgeous!), and a wooden table on barrels for the guest book and the wedding card box. We also fell in love with their rustic package, which included mismatched seating in a rustic style (pallets, hay bales, wooden crates), providing seating for 50 people during the cocktail reception. A few months before our wedding, the manager contacted us to inform us that the rustic package was no longer available, but they offered us an alternative with bamboo garden furniture, vintage crates, and rustic benches. We were absolutely delighted with the result, and our reception hall looked magnificent. We received nothing but compliments on our wedding decorations. However, we do have two minor complaints: communication wasn't very smooth, as we had to wait quite a while for replies to our emails and calls. This could be improved for a better customer experience. Furthermore, we had reserved the furniture from Thursday to Monday because our wedding was spanning several days, and we needed it to provide meals for our guests who were staying on-site from Thursday evening. However, a few days before our wedding, we learned that the furniture wouldn't be delivered until Friday at midday. It was finally delivered late Friday afternoon, by which time our caterer was already on-site setting up the tables. No compensation has been offered to make up for this inconvenience.
