Where do I begin… Alexandre at Le Labo Ephemere is absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, he spent time talking us through how he works via video call, and ensured that all questions we had were answered. We decided to choose Alexandre as our planner due to his great personality, excellent communication skills and also his English is fantastic (my husband doesn’t speak French). We headed to Toulouse to view some venues with Alexandre, and he kept one as a surprise. We turned up to the venue and we had THE wow factor. It was truly incredible and this was the venue we opted for. Having chosen our venue, everything from here on in was simple. We had access to his supplier list, and we had plenty of choice for music, photographers, caterers etc. One thing that I must emphasise about Alexandre is his speedy responses. As soon as we selected a supplier, he made an inquiry instantly and got back to us asap on every occasion. From the outset, we knew that Alexandre was going to get everything right and we had so much faith in him. Planning a wedding abroad in a foreign country is daunting and my advice to anyone is to trust the process and listen to Alexandre. We gave him all of our trust and followed his word, as he knows the industry best! He definitely did not disappoint! Planning this wedding was a breeze and we could never have had a wedding that incredible without him. So.. the wedding weekend. WOW Alex had organised a BBQ for our on-site guests for the Friday night, followed by our wedding day on the Saturday and finally the Sunday brunch/party. Everything was perfect, I would not change anything about it. All of our guests were absolutely overwhelmed with the detail, choreography and quality of product/service. Many guests suggested it was the best wedding they have ever been to and it was described as ICONIC - I couldn’t describe it better myself. Alexandre, we will never be able to thank you enough for all of our your hard work, excellent communication, exquisite taste and caring personality. Alex coordinated our French home wedding whilst we were back in the UK. All his suppliers were awesome but also he wasn’t concerned with working with a few of our own. All his suggestions on the day were spot on, although there was never any pressure to go with his recommendations, it was always our vision and our day. He has an incredible eye for details, the resulting output was better than we could have ever imagined. He’s passionate, calm and evidently extremely experienced - the whole day was seamless.

It’s hard to imagine a more wonderful outcome for our perfect day. Alex delivered the day of our dreams.
