We had an amazing experience with Through the Glass for our time in Paris. From the very first inquiry, they were incredibly organized and clear about the entire process. As a client, I really appreciated how they set expectations, provided preparation steps, and communicated promptly. Even the payment process was seamless since everything was done online. On the day of the shoot, our photographer, Lena, was exceptionally friendly and instantly made my spouse and me feel comfortable, even though we had little experience with photoshoots. We simply wanted to capture our first Paris trip in a memorable way, and she made that happen with so much professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. I contacted Linh and Duncan enquiring about a small wedding we wished to have in Paris. From that moment we have had nothing but a perfect experience! I had constant contact with the team, with quick responses to any email I sent. They made the whole experience so stress free.
