Can only recommend partly. Unfortunately, a full payment upfront is required which we did not really appreciate since an event is completely dependant on the team to appear, deliver and be reliable. The Fancy Fox, however, did a good job and was reliable. I still missed the full customer service experience. The communication before, during and after was professional but felt like they were already giving us so much more than booked which did not leave a lot of room to make adjustment on-site for example. At one point we were offered to buy more flowers from the car if we wanted more, which of course, we declined. Other than that, her event team was very professional and the remaining result was beautiful and according to the briefing.

We were simply blown away by Nicole's work. The most talented and professional event designer anyone could wish for. She made our wedding in Italy the absolute dream wedding. Not only did she take the time to select every single piece from her inventory with me beforehand and source extra pieces to complete our look that she didn't have, but she also helped and allowed us to bring everything all the way to southern Italy to perfect our villa and the garden for the ceremony as a wedding location. Of course, she set everything up and decorated everything on site with little help. She thought of every detail, from the table for the champagne reception in the church square to the decorations for the cake cutting and our photo booth. It was simply a magical day, and that was mainly due to the incredible ambiance Nicole created for us. I would hire her again and again and recommend her to anyone who wants to make their event special – whether they already have very specific ideas and want to realize them with her, or just want to be enchanted by her imagination.

The lovely Nicole spontaneously helped us with our wedding in 2020. She took care of the setting, the floral arrangements, and all the logistics for two venues. She's an absolutely wonderful person with a special, positive aura and is bursting with amazing ideas. From beginning to end, the communication was incredibly friendly and customer-focused.
