Write your listing for AI assistants
When a couple asks Nyna, Claude or ChatGPT for a vendor, the search ranks claimed listings first and matches the question against your description and your services, then quotes them in the answer. Your words are the ranking signal you control.
Write the words couples type
The free-text search matches your description and services word for word: "château", "halal", "reportage", "drone", "150 guests". Name what you do with the words a couple would use.
Lead with the facts
An assistant quotes up to 300 characters of your description in a search answer. Put capacity, area served, languages and what is included in the first sentences.
Fill every field
Services (up to 30), price range, website, phone, city and photos each feed a different question. The completeness score on your dashboard shows what is missing.
Keep it true
Ratings come from Google and are never edited. Prices and availability are never guessed: the assistant quotes what you wrote, so write what you honour.
Questions from wedding venues
- A couple asks for a venue "with accommodation": how does the assistant know I have rooms?
- From your description and your services list, read on Pro. Name what you offer in plain words ("14 bedrooms on site, 40 beds, cottage for the couple") and the free-text search matches those words. An unclaimed listing has only its Google name and address to be matched on.
- We have several spaces and seasonal prices. Can we show that?
- Yes. The description takes up to 2,000 characters with line breaks, the services list up to 30 entries, and the price range field takes a minimum and a maximum. Prices and availability are never guessed by the assistant: it quotes what you wrote.
- Is the listing really free for a venue?
- Yes. Claiming, your page with your description and 3 photos, the views and the first enquiry of each month are free with no time limit.
